The Foundation for Essex Arts is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used as prescribed by law.

Data associated with newsletter delivery will be held indefinately unless you ask us to unsubscribe you. We will review newsletter statistics and remove any subscribers who have not opened a newsletter email within 12 months.
